A full weekly programme of meditation classes is available online while our teaching venues are temporarily closed.
Our meditation classes are temporarily closed until further notice due to the current outbreak.
Online meditation classes are available through livestreaming so you won't miss out and you can enjoy the classes in the safety of your own home. Classes are available throughout the week, so there will be plenty of opportunities to join an online class.
