Series Dates
Jun: 4, 11, 18, 25 (another series follows)
A practical introduction to meditation and Buddhist psychology — helping you develop a calmer, clearer mind. You'll learn simple techniques to reduce stress, understand your thoughts and feelings more skilfully, and feel more in control of daily life.
About the classes
Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators - everybody welcome!
While each class stands alone, taken together they also offer a bridge into a deeper journey — exploring how freedom from stress can be the first step on a path to lasting happiness and inner transformation, known in the Buddhist tradition as the path to enlightenment.
Each class includes guided meditations, a talk, and time for questions. No previous experience is needed.
