The classeses are on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 8.45pm at  our new branch venue, the New Barnet Friends Meeting House (53 Leicester Rd, Barnet, London EN5 5EL). In each session, experience:

  • Guided Meditations: Simple practices designed to cultivate inner calm and clarity.
  • Inner Awareness Techniques: Practical methods to ease daily stress and nurture well-being.
  • Engaging Discussions: An open space to share experiences and ask questions.

A Warm Community Experience

After each meditation session, unwind and connect over refreshments. Enjoy friendly conversation within the supportive spirit of the community. The teacher’s gentle and caring manner helps create an inviting atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease and inspired.
