Online study programme
Foundation Programme provides a wonderful opportunity for you to take your study and meditation practice to a deeper level.
On the current Foundation Programme, which is being taught online, students are learning about Buddha's profound wisdom teachings from the Heart Sutra, based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's book, The New Heart Of Wisdom.
Everyone is welcome to join Foundation Programme, and it is usually beneficial for people first to have attended our weekday meditation classes or a weekend course or retreat. There is also the Teacher Training Programme on which a wider selection of texts are studied.
Live online pujas or chanted prayers
The online pujas, or chanted prayers, at Heruka KMC, are special methods to help purify negativity, accumulate merit and receive blessings and in this way help us to develop and maintain a positive mind. They also help us to preparate for meditation.
Everyone is welcome to attend with no previous experience necessary.

FAQs about online meditation
Everyone is welcome
"Happiness is a part of the mind that experiences inner peace, or peace of mind, so the real source of happiness must lie within the mind, not in external conditions."
