Would you like to let go of anxiety? What about letting go of hurt or anger from the past? Do you like the idea of living in the moment? Is it possible to experience real peace, freedom, and joy?
Buddha taught many methods for letting go of the past and finding new levels of happiness in our daily lives. One such method is embracing the changing nature of everything, including ourselves – everything changes, everything is changing moment by moment, and everything will keep changing.
Join us for this special meditation course with Kadam Lucy James, who will share Buddha's teachings and meditations on gross and subtle impermanence . Through this we can loosen our grip on our problems and what we consider to be our limitations, and be freed up to embrace every moment of our lives.

About the teacher
Kadam Lucy James is the Resident Teacher of KMC Colarado, USA. She is appreciated for her deep wisdom, vast knowledge, lucid mind, and inspiring yet practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings and meditations. She is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives to help both ourselves and everyone around us.

- Arrive and relax - 9.30am to 10am
- Session 1 - 10am to 11.30am
- Tea break - 11.30am - 12pm
- Session 2 - 12pm - 1.30pm
