Meditation is a powerful tool to help us to let go of things that we hold on to so tightly. In this retreat, you’ll learn techniques to help you find peace and work on cultivating a positive mindset, no matter how challenging the situation may be.

These practices will help you develop a deep understanding of how patience will help you free your mind from painful feelings and emotions.

Thomas Tozer has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a sincere and practical way that inspires us to develop inner peace and a good heart.
