At times like these when we might feel overwhelmed by events and with little or no control over our lives, it is very beneficial to understand and apply Buddha’s teachings on how we create our own world.

At New Year, our thoughts turn to the future and what we can do to improve our life in the weeks and months ahead. On this course we will learn how we can begin to create a better future right now through meditation on the nature of reality.

Teaching from Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book, The Mirror of Dharma, Gen-la Thubten will lead us through some powerful life-changing meditations and show how we can integrate these experiences into our daily life.

What better way to start the New Year?
