A guided meditation you can follow regardless of experience
A short talk exploring practical ways to work with our mind
Time to reflect and gradually integrate what you’ve learned into daily life
Classes are relaxed, welcoming, and thoughtfully paced.

Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators
Classes are non-sectarian and open to everyone
You can sit on a chair or on the floor — whatever’s comfortable
No physical exercise or yoga involved
Participation is optional — you won’t be asked to speak

The Teacher

Thomas Tozer
Thomas has many years of experience teaching meditation and Buddhist wisdom in a clear, accessible way.
His teaching style is joyful, practical and down to earth, and focused on helping people apply what they learn in real life.
Location
Classes take place at LIFT Islington, a uplifting and welcoming space in Angel.
The centre just 5 minutes walk from Angel station and is set up to help you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive.
