MEDITATE IN UXBRIDGE
In these classes you will learn how to develop a peaceful, happy mind through meditation.
Douglas Robb has been studying and practising meditation for many years on our Teacher Training Programme. From his own good heart and practical experience he will give you Buddha's advice about how to solve your daily problems of anxiety, stress, depression and other painful feelings.
There will be opportunities to ask questions and to talk to Doug after the class, if you wish.
People find the classes stimulating, relaxing and enjoyable. In each class you will find something new and meaningful for your daily life, relationships and work. The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Everybody welcome!
