Where does our unhappiness, our insecurities, our problems and challenges come from?

The world we live in is a reflection of our thoughts, making our minds capable of being our greatest ally or our worst adversary. Since happiness exists within our mind if we learn how to cultivate healthy states of mind we learn how to create happiness.

However we often find changing our mind to be very difficult. Our mind feels very stuck in its ways and so we keep thinking the same old thoughts in the same old way. We feel we can’t change and that therefore we can’t have the life that we want.

This course looks at how to cultivate positive and beneficial minds and how to transform our life through meditation practice. Come join us for one or all the sessions.

You will learn how to:

  • Discover inner peace through meditation
  • Let go of painful minds
  • Break bad mental habits

The teacher is Kadam Ai Peng McBretney. She has 30 years of meditation experience. She will be give the teachings, guide the meditations, and give time for Q&A. Why not give it a try? Everybody welcome!
