Letting Go Of Feeling Hurt ~ Sat 25 Jan
£25.00
At Heruka KMC with Kadam John McBretney, 10am – 1pm
The key to letting go of feeling hurt is to stop identifying with the painful feelings. Instead of thinking ‘I am hurt, we can think ‘Painful feelings are temporarily arising in my mind’. Painful feelings will eventually subside, revealing the true nature of our mind which is clarity and peace. By identifying with this peace we can learn to look at unhappy feelings, seeing how they arise and cease, without being caught up in them. In this way we can find true inner freedom. Everyone welcome!
Tickets: £25 (Includes refreshments) | Free for members
