By contemplating Buddha’s teachings on life, death and rebirth we can discover how to live within the experience of the truth of impermanence. In this way we can learn to reduce our mental clinging and begin to relax, let go and enjoy life to the full in the midst of change.

From Golders Green underground station (northern line, Edgware branch) walk straight ahead, towards the clock tower. Turn right onto Golders Green Road where the main parade of shops is. Walk past the coffee shops on your left and after about 50 metres turn left at NatWest bank onto Hodford Road. Woodstock Road is the second turning on the right and Heruka KMC is about 100 metres on the left side of Woodstock Road.
