Inner Stability in Challenging Times - Guided Meditation Retreat

At Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, Golders Green

With Guest Teacher, Buddhist Monk Gen Kelsang Tonglam

Following on from the NKT-IKBU International Spring Festival at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in England, Gen Kelsang Tonglam will lead a retreat based on the teachings and commentaries received at this Festival at Heruka KMC.

During this retreat, Gen Tonglam will guide us in meditations on transforming adverse conditions. We will learn how to train our mind to respond to any difficulty with peace and positivity — strengthening both our wisdom or our compassion. In this way, we become resilient and invulnerable to challenging situations.

"A good heart always gives good results" Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike - and you can join for the whole weekend, or just one day of the retreat. Everybody welcome!

The retreat will be based on teachings from the NKT International Sprng Festival 2026 at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre. It's recommend you attend this, but not essential to enjoy this retreat.
