A Buddhist Approach to Finding Inner Calm & Stillness

Sat 24 Jan 2026 - 10.30am - 12 noon

At Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre, Golders Green

With Kadam Ai Peng McBretney

Modern life can be overwhelming. Worry, stress, and constant mental activity can make it difficult to stay calm, positive, or clear. In this uplifting session, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney will share a Buddhist approach to finding stillness from within — learning to let go of unnecessary mental habits and return to a calm, clear, and spacious state of mind.

Through practical teachings and guided meditations, you’ll explore how to:

  • Cultivate a calm, clear mind through simple Buddhist meditation
  • Stop identifying with worry, stress, and habitual negativity
  • Approach daily life with more ease, confidence, and joy

By understanding how to gently transform the mind from within, we can rediscover a natural sense of peace, clarity, and inner freedom.
