A Refreshing Approach to Inner Awareness
The classeses are on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm to 8.45pm at our new branch venue, the New Barnet Friends Meeting House (53 Leicester Rd, Barnet, London EN5 5EL). In each session, experience:
- Guided Meditations: Simple practices designed to cultivate inner calm and clarity.
- Inner Awareness Techniques: Practical methods to ease daily stress and nurture well-being.
