Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre is delighted to host a special online event with internationally renowned Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab.

On this course Gen-la Khyenrab will teach practical methods to transform our lives – including even the most challenging and difficult situations – into inspiring examples for others. He will explain how to develop real inner courage and strength to sustain both ourselves and others using wisdom and compassion. Now, more than ever, we need this wisdom!

Gen-la is the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT) National Spiritual Director for Canada and a retired General Spiritual Director of the NKT. He is greatly admired for his powerful teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving-kindness.
