Meditation retreats in London
The meditation retreats at Heruka Centre in London, offer the opportunity to emphasize a particular spiritual practice without the normal distractions of daily life. The retreats vary in length from mini-weekends to four weeks at a time.

Lamrim retreat - Heruka Centre, Golders Green

Dates: Mon 29 Sep - Sat 4 Oct
(Please note: these dates have changed)

This retreat is an ideal opportunity to deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditations following The New Meditation Handbook.

Session times
Everyone is welcome to attend any of all the Lamrim retreat sessions at the following times:

  • Session 1: 7.00am - 8.30am
  • Session 2: 10.00am - 11.30am
  • Wishfulfilling Jewel prayers: 12.00pm - 12.45pm
  • Session 3: 4.00pm - 5.30pm
  • Session 4: 7.30pm - 9.00pm

Please note
  • Sessions will not be guided on this retreat
  • On Mon 29 Sep, Tue 30 Sep and Wed 1 Oct Session 4 will not be running

Vajrasattva retreat - Heruka Centre, Golders Green

Dates: Mon 8th to Sat 13th Dec

By relying upon Buddha Vajrasattva and receiving his blessings, we can engage in a powerful purification practice. In this way we can solve our daily problems and remove the obstacles to our progress along the spiritual path.

  • Session 1: 7.00am - 8.30am
  • Session 2: 10.00am - 11.30am

  • Session 3: 4.00pm - 5.30pm
